Can I change or cancel my order once I've already placed it?

If you have placed an order but not yet received an email saying your order has shipped, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the order has already shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible. If you are trying to make an exchange after you have placed your order but before it has shipped, we will cancel your order and have you re-order the new item you are wishing to purchase. 

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Any domestic order over $100 ships FREE using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and ships from Southern California. Shipping times vary depending on your location and take approximately 2-7 days* in transit. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing / packing. *Note these times are our best estimate there may be delays during the holiday season.

Can I expedite shipping?

Unfortunately at this time we can not offer expedited shipping.

What can I do if my item is lost in transit?

We've all been there and it's the worst. That's why we recommend adding Route shipping insurance to your order at checkout. Unfortunately, shipping issues do happen and with Route, if your item doesn't arrive they will replace any item that was lost in transit or stolen upon arrival. The only caveat is you must file a police report with your local police department. We know this is not a fun step, however it's often a quick and simple PDF submission online which helps prevent fraudulent claims of missing items. Without using Route, Morrow is not responsible for replacing items that have shipped out on our end but have not been received by the customer. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. If you are a store that would like to make an international wholesale order, please contact us.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You may return an unused item in its original packaging (including hang tags) within 30 days after you place your order. If you have questions about returns or are unsatisfied with your items, please contact us.

How do I make a return?

Good news: returns are easy and domestic shipping is FREE*. Your order will come with a pre-printed, pre-paid return label in the box. Take your unused item in its original packaging to your nearest UPS Drop Off location, and we will refund the order once we receive and review it. *Please note we can not provide free return shipping on rugs and we do not accept returns on swatches. 

GIFTING

I would like to send a gift - can I create a customized gift message or receipt?

We are happy to help you give the gift of Morrow Soft Goods. Enter your gift message in the "View Cart" window or contact us with any specific requests for corporate gifting, expedited gifting, etc.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I care for my Linen Bedding?

Linen can be machine washed with a gentle detergent on lukewarm or cool and tumble dried on low or air dried. Extreme heat from a hot wash cycle or hot dryer as well as strong detergents and stain removers can degrade the durability of the linen fiber over time and should be avoided. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Do not use stain removers such as Oxiclean, Shout, etc. as these can degrade the fibers and cause holes with repeated use. Iron if desired. Do not wash with other fabrics or items such as clothing as these can potentially snag the linen fibers. When washing a Duvet Cover, please fasten the zipper closed prior to washing.

How do I care for my Bathmat?

To care for your bathmat, please machine wash, gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low. 

How do I care for my Sleepwear?

To care for your sleepwear, machine wash on warm or cool. We recommend to line dry or air dry for best results. 

How do I care for my Hand-Loomed Rug?

To care for your rug, please have it cleaned by a professional rug cleaner and / or spot clean.

How to care for my Throw Pillows or cotton Throw Blankets?

These items are dry clean or spot clean only.

How do I care for my Alpaca Throw Blanket?

To keep your blanket preserved for years to come, we recommend DRY CLEANING ONLY. This is because the fine fibers of alpaca can get easily damaged with agitation in a wash cycle (even on delicate), with heat from a washer or dryer, and from detergent (even gentle ones).

Where are your linen products made?

The flax for our 100% flax linen fabric is sourced from France or Belgium. The items are manufactured in either Portugal or China.
